He was predeceased by: his parents, Clelen Scroggins and Agnes Vought; his brother Edwin Scroggins; and his grandchild Taylor Burk. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Dean; and his children, Clelen Scroggins (Robert), Tammy Holtman Scroggins, Angela Dawn Geiser and Diana Murphy Scroggins. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grand children.
