He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Phillips and Hazel Matthews Phillips; and his siblings, Glen Dale Phillips and Janet Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Frances Adams; his children, Brent Phillips (Katie) of Eufaula, OK, Jana Diehm (Gary) of Wichita Falls, TX and Lisa Painter (Terry) of Ada; his sisters, Mary Pherigo of Oklahoma City and Donna Green (Luther) of Ada; and his grandchildren, Taylor Powell, Ashlyn Wright, Kyndal Diehm, Susie Phillips, Logan Diehm, Hank Phillips, Scarlett Phillips and Hazel Phillips. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
