He is survived by: his wife Ethel Rae Matthews; his children, Stacy Woods Sexton, Raymond Woods (Gail) and Mike Woods (Linda); his sister Darlene Cates; and his close friend Lisa Barr. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
