He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Bell Matthews Scroggins; his wife Bessie Scroggins; his father William H. "Dink" Scroggins; his siblings, Leon (Edith Scroggins), Eual (June Scroggins), Arthur "Truman" (Mary Scroggins), Dellie (Christine Scroggins) and Clarisa; his brothers-in-law, Bill Nickerson, Fred Smith and Bob Hooser; and his great grandchildren, Gracie Milner and Dustin Packard.
He is survived by: his sons, Leymoin Scroggins (Laquita), Earl Scroggins (Sandy), Robert Scroggins (Susan) and Tim Scroggins (Pam); his grandchildren, Theresa Weir (John), Steven Scroggins, Mark Scroggins (Lisa), Paul Scroggins (Jeanna), Michele Milner (Justin), Michael Scroggins (Melissa), Travis Scroggins (Theresa), Shelli Scroggins-Harding (Cory Symes), Kerry Peters (Tasha), Casey Peters (Kammy), Brian Scroggins (Kristi) and Kim Crawford (Blake); and his sister Clara Hooser. He is also survived by 33 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren.
