He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Fields; his grandparents, J. D., Jewel McConnell, Leonia and Louie Fields; and his son-in-law Chad Sinclair.
He is survived by: his parent Johnnie LaVona McConnell Fields; his children, SuVonna Fields, Brittany Sinclair (Hayden Anderson) and Tyler Rock (Lyndee); his former wife Lisa Fields; his grandchildren, Kayden Metcalf, Paityn Sinclair, Emeri Sinclair, Cade Rock and Tucker Rock; his sister Teri Oliver (Jeff); his nieces, Chali Oliver of Wagoner and Chelsi Moody (Beau); and his nephew Chance Oliver of Stillwater.
