He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Dixon; and his brothers, Lawrence Dixon, Jr. and Steve Dixon. He is survived by: his mother Jerlene Dixon (Batson) of Eufaula; his wife Cathy Shine; his children, Timothy Dixon, Jr. (Chanel) of Marietta, GA and Tonya Dixon of Wichita, KS; his stepchildren, Sherwin K. Myles and Sheronya K. Simmons of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Janice McGowan of Los Angeles, CA, Beverly Carlis of Dallas, TX, Paul Dixon of Eufaula and Victor Echols of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Jeffrey McIntosh, Timeya Dixon and Chanel Waters; and his stepgrandchildren, Sherele Myles, Terrell Myles, Sherwin Myles, Jr. and Je Anna Blevins.
