He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Martin (Qualls). He is survived by: his wife Connie Martin; his father Richard Martin; his sister Genigh Martin of Bethel Acres, OK; and his children, Tommy Helton, Amber Martin and Matricia Martin. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
