He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norman Kendall and Oletha Fay Koontz (Sherrell); his brother Kenneth Kendall; his grandson Haydn Exendine; his stepdaughter Jennifer Bullard; his niece Crystal; his great-nephew Ravon; and his stepfather Ed Koontz.
He is survived by: his children, Dodge Kendall of Eufaula, Tricia Kendall (Jeremy Riggs) of Pryor, Amy Joslin (Jason) of Claremore, Jenifer Kendall of Claremore and Emily Kendall of Claremore; his stepdaughter Becky Bullard of Tahlequah; his wife Barbara Kendall; and his sisters, Norma Dee and Barbara Koontz. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six step grandchildren; ten great step grandchildren.
