He was predeceased by: his parents, L. J. Luna and Helen Lavada Luna (Welch); and his siblings, Thomas Crumbley, Ralph Crumbley, Raymond Luna, Jimmy Luna, Carolyn Jones, Judy Upson, Brenda Luna and Caroline Adams.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay Luna; his children, Erica Luna (Bill Bevenue), Joshua Luna (Megan), Krystina Luna (Brandon Starr) and Jamon Mortensen; his grandchildren, Carson Luna, Olivia Luna, Ryker Luna and Brynlee Kay Luna; and his siblings, Virginia Newby (Roland), Donna Maynard (Mike), Patricia Rhodes (Gary), Janett Anderson (Mike), Catherine Eldridge (Donald), Pamella Bice, Jerry Luna, Jane Luna, Carl Luna, Deanna Shaffer, Karol York and Tim Luna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
