She is survived by: her children, Steve Scoggins (Darlene) of Pottsville, AR., Jim Scoggins (Meghan) of Houston, TX., John Scoggins (Carrie) of Medford, OR, Shelia Scoggins Wells (Eric) of Owasso, OK, Sheri Scoggins of Tulsa, OK and Stacy Scoggins of Eufaula, OK; and her brother Don Cotton of Huntington Beach, CA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
