He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Evans and Mildred Evans (Neal); his wife Linda Evans; his daughter Shelley Pruitt Sexton; and his siblings, Eddie Evans, Carnell Evans and Donnie Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Roger L. Evans of Castle, Cynthia Parker of Eufaula, Scotty Evans (Leila) of Chickasha, Christopher Hearld of Fresno, CA and Brian Hearld (Kammy) of Cadillac, MI. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
