He is survived by: his wife Tonya Jo Cox; his children, Ashton Clayborn (Brandon), Taylor Williams (Garrett), Lily Jo Pettypiece, Chase Pettypiece and Cooper Pettypiece; and his siblings, Donna Shields (Steve), DeWayne Cox (Debbie) and Paula Vanlandingham (Brent).
