It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of DeWitt Carlisle Nix (Eufaula, Oklahoma), who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Nix and Susan Nix (Turner); and his brother Lionel Edwin Nix. He is survived by: his wife Anette Nix; his children, Nathan Nix (Teresa) of Frisco, Rand Nix (Kara) of McKinney and Fonda Kaye Nix Joesten of Eufaula; and his grandchildren, Michael Joesten, Nicky Joesten, Claire Nix, Henry Nix and Nicholas Nix.
