He is survived by: his mother Linda Boling; his wife Nancy Lucinda Lewis; his sons, Jacob Lewis (Allison Clark) of Catoosa and Stephen Boling of Fort Gibson; and his grandchildren, Sonny, Gabriella, Ryleigh, Brayleigh and Brayden. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
