He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ross and Eunice Frazier (Taylor); his wife Billye Frazier; his son Darrell Wayne Frazier; his brothers, Chester Frazier and Bob Frazier; his granddaughter Cheyenne Frazier; and his son-in-law Bob Burchett.
He is survived by: his former wife Wanda Foster; his children, Tony Frazier of Tulsa, Steve Frazier of Norman and Lynnetta Burchett of Muskogee; and his siblings, Ronnie Frazier (Sonny) of Slaughterville and Mary Ritchey of Norman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
