He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin McGuire and Callie McGuire; his wife Wilma Jean McGuire; and his siblings, Jack McGuire, Roy McGuire, Jim McGuire, Doyle McGuire, Beatrice Sweeney, Lavern Coswell, Nina Overby, Joe McGuire and Denton McGuire.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny McGuire (Laurie) of Eufaula and Mickey McGuire of Eufaula; his grandchildren, Melissa McGuire and Ashley Fairchild (Casey); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Powell, Cole Fairchild and Finley Fairchild; and his siblings, Billy McGuire of Tennessee and Mae Hardgrove of California.
