She is survived by: her husband Gene; her sons, Kenneth Scott Stephens (DaChelle) of Ardmore, OK, Michael Dewayne Stephens of Stigler, OK, Edward Eugene Combs (Amanda) of Pocola, OK and Roy Lee Combs (Christy) of Eufaula, OK; her grandchildren, Lauren Pickens, Tabetha Snow, Madison Combs, Kyleigh Combs, Kelsey Marrow and Haley Potts; and her great grandchildren, Rosalie, Eleanor and Stetson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
