He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenith Shutts and Alice Stella Shutts (Hendrick); his daughter Stephanie; and his son-in-law Steve Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his nephew Dale; his children, Brenda Phipps, Doug Shutts (Connie) and Deneise Garcia (Gilbert); his grandchildren, Michelle Clinage, Mike Williams, Stacy Williams, Aaron Phipps, Audrey Kilgore, Misty Crandell and Stormy Durham; and his brother Roger Shutts of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
