He is survived by: his wife Diane O'Haver; his children, Sabrina Diane O'Haver of Checotah, Jaclyn Donn Smith (Scott) of Muskogee and Ralph William Watts of Gore; his grandchildren, Andrew Sands, Logan Sands (Victoria), Sabetha Sands, Evan Smith and Jaylee Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kinsler and Cashlynn Sands.

“I remember Andy as being my brother in Christ and friend.The things I remember best is the fishing trips. One time Jay and Andy and I took a boat on the Arksansas river pretty late at night but It was nice for fishing. It was a slow night for catching fish so we told stories and had a good time. Then I caught a big one and Jay asked If I wanted to keep it. Andy started laughing and said how big do they have to be.Lol!! I Love you brother and will always stay in my heart.
