He is survived by: his wife Reta Balmain of Eucha, OK; his sons, Brian Thurber of Tenkiller, OK, Jason Thurber (Jamie) of Westville, OK and Jonathan Balmain (Whitney) of Eucha, OK; his grandchildren, Dylan, Bryar, Benjamin, Cole, Kasia, Talon Thurber, Jude, Sophia, Jaxson and Baker Balmain; and his siblings, Ray (Shirley) of Siloam Springs, AR, Owen (Judy) of Sallisaw, Peggy Nickens (Jim) of Westville, OK and Jesse (Anna) of Watts, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
