He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Roark and Sarah Roark; his wife Judy Roark; his siblings, Ann Martin and Jesse Jr.; and his son Charles Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Erica Roark of Enid and Jon Roark (Heidi) of Aurora, CO; his sister Kathleen; his grandchildren, Eric, Aaron, Sarah and Rachel Roark; and his nieces, Laura Cater, Jessica Moore (Wes), Avadelle Hibbets (Brent), Sarah Laubach (Charles) and Dora Baker (Michael).
Memorials may be made in his honor to the St. Matthews Episcopal Church or the Enid Symphony with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
