She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Cotton and Isabelle "Belle" Cotton; her husband Gene Baxter; her grandson Justin (Amanda); and her sisters, Lorene Oyler, Josephine Elliott and Vivian Northam.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Baxter of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kathi Goodman (David) of Woodward and Krista Waldron (John) of Tulsa; her sisters, Blanche Walker and Esther Bolding; her grandchildren, Ryan Goodman (Barbara), Ava Baxter and Van Waldron; and her great grandchildren, McKinley, James, Andrew, Nicholas and Kate. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Integris Bass Monnie and W. Eugene Baxter Care Fund with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
