He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Boutwell and Florence Boutwell (Schroeder); his wife Brenda Boutwell; his siblings, Marvin, Fred, Homer Boutwell and Mary Ann Mullins; and his cousins, Clyde Boutwell and Linda Kay Wright.
He is survived by: his cousin Merle; his niece Angie Binford (J. P.); his great-nephew Tim Binford (Jessica); his great-niece Candace Reinhardt (Zac); his niece Teresa Kelly (Paul); his great-nephews, Elijah and Noah Kelly of Athena, OR; his cousins, Edna Eeds (Avery) of Kingfisher, Shirley Stitt (Jacky) of Kingfisher, Diane Rosen (Mike) of Kingfisher, Donald Boutwell of Piedmont, OK and Lavenia Boutwell of Kingfisher; and also, Wesley, Abigail of LeGrande, OR, Sadie, Madeline of Meridian, ID and Clifford Cooper (Juanita) of Enid.
