She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy H. Simpson and Edith Simpson (Campbell); her former husband Bob Swander; her husband Allan Sloup; and her brothers, Don, Rolland, Rex and James Simpson.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Sharyl Gephart and Gary Sloup. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
