He is survived by: his mother Shirley West (Schulz) of Enid; his wife Tamela; his stepdaughter Tabitha Rogers of Enid; his granddaughter Lillyanna Ward of Enid; his siblings, Scott West (Sharon) of Enid and Debbie Diehl (Greg) of Norman; his nieces, Courtney Keeling (Nick) of Oklahoma City and Erin Diehl of Norman; and his nephew Blake Diehl of Norman.
