He is survived by: his family Enid; his significant other Lindy; his children, Jonathan Chambers (Valerie) and Jessica Chambers Andrew (Tom); his grandchildren, Luke, Russell, Sicilei and Jonas; and his siblings, Dr. David Wade Chambers (Paul) of Airey's Inlet and Dr. Letitia Chambers (Peter) of Santa Fe, NM. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
