He is survived by: his former wife Goldie Watkins; his daughters, Cynthia Kay (Steve Hair) of Seguin, TX and Phyllis Ann (Kennedy Crosswhite) of Enid; his former spouses, Joyce Cardialio and Edwardene Gorman; his wife Marian "Cook" Horsley; his daughter Suzanne Hershberger of Enid; and his stepdaughters, Marilyn White and Judy (Bob Bell). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Enid, OK with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
