He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Tate and Olga Helgeson Tate; and his siblings, Clayton Bryant and Sharon Dehne. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jenene Fawcett; his children, Bill (Kellie Tate) of Edmond and Cindy (Kelly Goodwin) of Enid; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Austin, Jordan and Katie; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Will, Evangeline, Greyson and Avery; and his sisters, Bobbie Needhan and Pat Strahan.
Memorials may be made to Graceway Baptist Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
