He was predeceased by: his parent Ancil Roosevelt "A. R."; his former wife Willow Jean; his sons, Phillip Allen Bandy and Timothy Hyatt Bandy; and his stepson Steven Kent Sharkey.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sister Mary Jo Weitz (Stanley) of Texas; his children, Toni Tomich (Richard) of Arizona, Traci Jenkins of Enid, Trudi Bandy of Enid and James "Pat" Bandy of Enid; his daughter-in-law Ann Bandy of Ponca City; and his stepson Roger Sharkey of Enid. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Kiwanis Club of Enid for the upkeep of the train with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
