He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Shockley and Reola Neumeyer Shockley; and his wife Hildegarde Jean Schwartz. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Ring; his children, Kim Shockley of Enid, Kathryn Shockley of Dallas and Jacki Leigh Broaddus of Oakland, Arkansas; and his stepdaughters, Dr. Linda Hyde of Conroe and Debra Villano of Broomfield, Colorado.
