He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer A. and Bessie Lea, Sr. (Carnes); his wife Patricia Ann Neely; and his sister Daphne Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne (Pam Lea) of Burleson, TX and Keith (Lisa Lea) of Enid; and his sister Dolores Wanzer. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
