He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Skaggs and Levona Skaggs (McBrain). He is survived by: his children, Tammie Francine Nokes (Shaun) of Enid, Shelly Skaggs of Enid, Earlene Rachel Gose Bowers (Shane) of Sweetwater, TX and Earl "Buddy" Skaggs (Kalyn) of Stillwater. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
