He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lee Johnson and Myra Jackson; his stepmother Donna; and his sister Carma Miller. He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his daughters, Haley Elizabeth (Matt Baker) and Emily Paige (Logan Mahaffey); his siblings, John (Traci Johnson) and Gina (Joe Meritt); his grandchildren, Kenley, Jaxon Baker, Aiden and Swora Mahaffey; his aunts, Joyce and Judy Martin; and his uncle Dale Davis. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
