He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Swaim and Emma Hoy Swaim; his sister Rose Marie; and his granddaughter Erin Smiley. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Hudson; his wife Marcella Robbin; his daughters, Cynthia DeMill (Merlin) of Nampa and Shelly Burroughs of Edmond, OK; his sister Susan Grantz of Covington, OK; and his stepchildren, Crista Whipple and Jeff Sherrill. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
