She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Phillips and Amos Phillips; and her brother Virgil Phillips. She is survived by: her brother Marcellous Phillips (Nancy) of Enid; her daughters, LaVera Williams Bailey (Kevin) of Broken Arrow, Tonya Dixon (Shannon) of Conway and Samantha Matthews of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Darrius Brown, Jaylan Dixon, Via Brown, Elijah Williams-Bailey and Lukas Dixon; and her aunt Willa-Mae Jasper. She is also survived by four nephews and three nieces, great nieces and nephews.
