He is survived by: his daughter Diana Cummins; his grandchildren, Donnie Payne (Amanda) and Dana Southwick (Kris); his great grandchildren, Jordan, Maci Carter, Brianna and Caleb Payne; and his siblings, Glen Payne, Lucy Webster, Mergie Cochran and Karen Theilen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
