She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rhoads and Beatrice Perreira Rhoads. She is survived by: her husband Max Humphrey; her children, Desiree Reynolds of Enid and Michael Humphrey of Enid; her grandchildren, Matthew, Brittany, Jade and Blake; her great grandchildren, Matthias, Jalen, Serenity, Myka, Max, Piper and Bryler; and her siblings, Felix (Nancy Norsworthy), Betty Dutcher, Diane (Dennis Morrow) and Tony Rhoads.
Memorials may be made to the Enid Shrine Club Transportation Fund with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home as custodian of the funds.
