She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Speaks and Vera Speaks. She is survived by: her spouse Cliff Penner; her children, Jenifer Fulton (Travis) of Rosedale and Aaron Penner of Rosedale; her brother Leslie Glenn Speaks II; her wife Liz of Noble; her sisters, Catherine Thomas (Robbie) of Eufaula Lake, Pamela Brown (Pete) of Sioux City, IA, Ruby Clark (Kenny) of Kemmerer, WY and Sarah Speaks of Elmore City; her grandchildren, Lexus Esch (Brandon), Jazmen Penner, Matthew Fulton, Clifton Penner and Myka Fulton; and her great grandchild Owen Esch.
