He was predeceased by: his parents, John Royal and Lula Royal (Lee); his siblings, James, Herbert and Mattie Lea; and his son Steve.
He is survived by: his wife Murita Royal; his children, Rick Royal (Michele) of Oklahoma City, Brenda Williams (Kenny) of Altus and Kandie King (Danny) of Weatherford; his brother Duane Royal (Margie) of Atlanta, Georgia; and his daughters-in-law, Janet Royal of Weatherford and Tara Royal of Miami, Texas. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and forty great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Hydro First Responders or to First Baptist Church in Hydro.
