She was predeceased by: her parents, Emsley Ayers and Hope Ayers. She is survived by: her husband Jack Phillips; her daughter Sherry Phillips-Kidd; her grandchildren, Connor and Violet Kidd; and her sisters, Rose Gott of Prescott, AZ, Irene Mullins of Rosamond, CA and Judy Benson of Mohave Valley, AZ..
