He is survived by: his grandchildren, Gary Wallis of Atlanta, Georgia, Shawn Wallis of Durant, Shannon Shuffield of Oklahoma City, Jesscel Steakley of Muskogee, Audra Minton of Oklahoma City, Gary Pate, Jr. of Oklahoma City and Curtis Pate of Choctaw. He is also survived by great grandchildren, and also survived by other relatives and friends.
