He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adrain Meeks and Frances Meeks (Norman); his wife Mary L. Allen; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Allen (Sara), John Allen and George Allen (Jeanette). He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
