She was predeceased by: her parents, John Calvin and Willie Maude Bowers (Arney); her husband Bob Cooper; her sister Billie Jo VanZandt; her nephew Alan VanZandt; and her sons-in-law, Ron Cross and Ed Stair.
She is survived by: her children, Corey Cooper (Stephanie) of Mead, Oklahoma, Sue Stair of Durant, Tammy Cross of Durant and Sheila Garner of Durant, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Shawn Hurst, Shane Hurst (Kari), Gregory Cross (Hillary), Bradley Cross, Brandon Cooper (Brittany), Shawna Cross and Sydney Sumner; and her great grandchildren, Preston, Landon, Rafen, Sheriden, Burkley, Harlow, Rhylen, Savannah, Laynie, Sadie, Mason and Aly. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Durant Church of Christ in Durant, Oklahoma.
