She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley McDonald and Mamie Lee McDonald (Wagner); her sisters, Frances Honeysuckle and Jane Turner; and her daughter Barbara Smith Ackerman.
She is survived by: her sister Ella Brown of Taft. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
