He is survived by: his wife Melody (Knight); his brother Ed (Janet) of Missouri; his mother-in-law Freda Knight; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Knight of Ohio and Jeff Knight (Karen) of Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
