She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Cooper and Lee Joy Cooper (Slaton); her husband John Smith; her son Bryan Smith; and her brother Herman Cooper Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Smith (Julie) and Cooper Smith; and her grandchildren, Emilee, Tyler, Emma, Grace, Shyanna, Austin, Jennifer and John. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
