He is survived by: his husband Warren Richard Ellis; his daughter Rebecca Collins (Thomas); his grandchildren, Zachary Veenstra and Samantha Collins-Veenstra; his son-in-law Colton Ledford; his sister Pat Fulps (Jake); and his niece LeAnn Jones. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
