He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Shawn Manners of Sulphur, Oklahoma and Jill Manners-Payne (Curtis) of Bells, Texas; his grandchildren, Connor Manners Payne of Denison, Canyon Payne of Bells, Texas, C. J. Payne of Bells, Texas, Sophia Payne of Bells, Texas, Olivia Payne of Bells, Texas and Elijah Payne of Bells, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Regina Hope, Cathy Renfro, Milton and Wendel Hope.
