He was predeceased by: his father Wiley Raymond; and his sisters, Loueta Armstrong and Ima Jean Krebbs. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Hawkins of Texas and Keith Risner of McAlister, OK; his siblings, Linda Carr of Durant and Wendell Risner (Marie) of Mead; and his grandchildren, Checota, Hunter, Jessica and Tabitha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
