It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franceil Smith (Durant, Oklahoma), born in Stratford, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tip Jones and Kate Jones; and her siblings, Kathleen Stout, Marye Ruth Stallings, Jo Ann Rackley and Elvin Jones (Judy). She was also cherished by 3 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
